Shipping Policies Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of payment for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Any order placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the following day. Terra Collection offers shipment of its products through the United States Postal Service. Terra Collection charges the following rates for standard shipping and handling items:
Domestic U.S.: $8 Canada: $18 International: $35 Returns and Exchanges The Terra Collection will gladly make an exchange or credit your credit card minus the shipping costs for any items you are not completely satisfied with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by calling or e-mailing us at sales@terracollection.com and obtaining a Return Authorization number. The items MUST be returned to Terra Collection within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items prepaid and insured and packaged securely. Terra Collection does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. Terra Collection is not responsible for damages that occur during care of the item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Terra Collection is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14 day return policy.
